

Salon Policies
In order to maintain our highest level of standards we have the following client policies
Cancellations & No Shows
No call and/or no shows, including cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in being charged in full for the missed appointment. This is to protect our time as we receive many appointment requests. Securing your spot and not showing up, or cancelling last minute, means everyone misses out on that appointment time.
Please know that we do fully understand unexpected visits from Aunt Flow. We also absolutely understand and respect your personal choice to NOT want to proceed with the service. However please note this WILL still count as a late cancellation.
Please be courteous of our time as we will be sure to be courteous of yours! Xo
Children Policy
Although we love to see your precious mini-me's, we do have a “kids-free” policy.

This allows us to fully dedicate our appointment to you, and only you,. This also allows you and our fellow clients to fully relax.

We understand if you need to bring your kiddo with you, please just make sure to bring someone to sit with them during your service. We love all the photos and stories , so please still share!
